Careful consideration

I have worked for Whitman County District Court for the past two years as court clerk, but served as the court administrator for the Colfax Municipal Court for 17 years. It is there where I first had the pleasure to meet and work with Judge John Hart when he began serving as the public defender in 2005.

He was awarded the contract due to his reputation and dedication serving the Whitman County District Court. In 2012, he was appointed Colfax municipal court judge.
