Fall back set for Sunday

Daylight Savings time ends Sunday, Nov. 4, when clocks are scheduled to fall back at 2 a.m.

University of Washington Assistant Professor of Economics, Hendrik Wolff, stated that during World War I, Germany was the first nation to implement daylight savings time. The practice spread to America during World War II.

The European Union is planning on phasing out daylight savings time as soon as 2019, according to Scripps Media.
