Albion and Palouse – 3D Printing Orientation – Learn how you can 3D print through the library.

Colfax – 6:30 p.m. – Richard Scheuerman: Hardship to the Homeland – Come to hear this about the Volga German settlements and our ancestors in the region.

Colfax Hyde Out – 6:30 p.m. – Trivia Night – Join us for fun trivia questions, clips from your favorite songs and friendly competition. Win free food and drinks. Special: Golden oldies music.

Friday, Nov. 16

Endicott, Malden, Palouse, St. John and Uniontown – Storytime – We will embark on a reading adventure.

Colfax – 10 to 11 a.m. – Play and Learn – Kids have an opportunity to make new friends, share and explore.

Malden – 12:30 to 2 p.m. – Caregiver Support Group – Support and resources for those caring for loved ones.

Endicott– 7 p.m. – Ladies Paint Night – Join in for a fun ladies’ night out. Cost is $8. RSVP by calling 657-3429.

Saturday, Nov. 17

St. John – 9 a.m. – Book Club – Bring a friend and a snack for a morning of exciting conversation.

Rosalia – 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Roominate Family Event – Kids and grownups can build their dream homes.

Colfax – 5 to 7 p.m. – Inspired Palouse Art Reception – Join friends and neighbors for a reception celebrating Inspired Palouse. Refreshments will be served and the People's Choice Award winner will be announced.

Malden – 5 to 7 p.m. – Fall Potluck – Bring a dish to share and get to know someone new.

Oakesdale – 4 to 6 p.m. – Crayon Melt – Use hot glue, canvas and crayons to create a unique work of art.

Endicott – 6 p.m. – Keeping Kids Safe Online – Kids today will never know a time without technology, so how do we as parents keep them safe online? Join us for a presentation covering cyberbullying and more.

Tuesday, Nov. 20

Farmington and Rosalia – Storytime – Kids, bring your grownups for a fun and educational storytime.

Palouse – 3:30 p.m. – Holiday Event – Please join us after school for a holiday celebration, bingo and crafts.

Colfax – 4 p.m. – WCL Trustees Board Meeting – Community members are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, Nov. 21

Endicott – 1 p.m. – After FUN-tivities – Students, K to 5th grade are invited for a fun, holiday craft.

Thursday, Nov. 22

All 14 branches of Whitman County Library will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The online catalog, Rural Heritage collection, and downloadable books are always available for your convenience.

Palouse – 7:45 a.m. – Turkey Leg Fun Run – Runners, walkers, dog walkers and baby walkers are all welcome. Meet at Heritage Park for coffee, cider and donuts before the run. Help raise money for children’s books.
