Dog hit, causes accident

Aijun Li, Pullman, was unhurt when the 2006 Honda Odyssey van he was driving struck a dog on Highway 195 a mile south of Pullman Nov. 10 at 1:40 p.m. According to the Washington State Patrol report, Li was driving northbound when the dog ran onto the highway.
