The 2019 budget hearing for the Town of Endicott will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, in the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m. Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the office of the city clerk during normal business hours from December 3, 2018 until December 10, 2018. Citizens attending the hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments and ask questions concerning the entire budget.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION, ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION

AND PUBLIC HEARING

The TOWN OF LACROSSE has received an application to amend its regulations relating to the identification, classification, and designation of critical areas for all areas within the municipal boundaries of LACROSSE. This serves as the notice of application for this amendment in accordance with WAC 197-11-355 and “LOCAL REGULATIONS CITATION” of the TOWN OF LACROSSE Municipal Code. The TOWN OF LACROSSE has determined the application complete, reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts, and has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this proposal. A copy of the proposed regulations and other supporting documentation, including the environmental checklist prepared by the proponent, is available for review at the LaCrosse City Hall, 107 S Main, LaCrosse, WA. Written comments will be taken for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the LACROSSE Town Council at 107 S Main, LaCrosse WA at 7:00pm in the matter above.
