The TOWN OF LACROSSE has received an application to amend its regulations relating to the identification, classification, and designation of critical areas for all areas within the municipal boundaries of LACROSSE. This serves as the notice of application for this amendment in accordance with WAC 197-11-355 and “LOCAL REGULATIONS CITATION” of the TOWN OF LACROSSE Municipal Code. The TOWN OF LACROSSE has determined the application complete, reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts, and has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this proposal. A copy of the proposed regulations and other supporting documentation, including the environmental checklist prepared by the proponent, is available for review at the LaCrosse City Hall, 107 S Main, LaCrosse, WA. Written comments will be taken for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
