Accident on Hwy. 26

Carissa Slater, Spanaway, was injured last Thursday morning when she lost control of a 2000 Land Rover Discovery on Highway 26 east of Dusty. She was transported to Whitman Hospital in Colfax.

According to the Washington State Patrol report, she was driving eastbound at 6:59 a.m. when the Land Rover left the roadway on the right side of the road and rolled through a four-wire fence near mile marker 119.
