Charges filed

Hunter Haley, 25, was formally charged with six counts of second-degree theft Nov. 26 in superior court. Three of the charges relate to alleged thefts from the first alleged victim to report a vehicle prowl in Rosalia Nov. 18.

One of the victim's credit cards was allegedly used to make purchases at Walmart where surveillance videos led deputies to arrest Haley at his residence in the Reardan area.

Walmart is listed as a victim in another charge and two other alleged Rosalia victims are listed in the other charges.

An arrest warrant has been issued for another suspect who was observed with Haley on the surveillance tapes at Walmart.

Haley remains in jail here under a $100,000 bond which has been set for his pre-trial release.
