MC SPEED CHASE PLEA BOGS

A Spokane attorney who has represented a suspect in a high speed motorcycle case here has filed a notice with the court of his intent to drop his client. The defendant, Emory Reeves, 32, Spokane Valley, had been scheduled to appear in court Friday for possible entry of a plea and sentencing.
