Hardy takes helm at Colfax Foodmart

Brenda Hardy, an employee of Cougar Foodmart for the past 22 years, and husband Dan have purchased the business from Brian and Jolene Jacobs, who now reside in Post Falls. Transfer of the business became official at the start of the year.

Hardy has been managing the business for the past 18 months, after the Jacobs family moved to Post Falls. She also worked as bookkeeper for the business for several years.
