Charge cites van damage

A charge of second-degree malicious mischief was filed Jan. 28 in superior court against Jordan Ray Kemp, 23, Pullman. Kemp has been charged with intentionally damaging his mother's minivan, which he had borrowed and neglected to return. According to the Jan. 16 investigation report by Pullman Officer Brock Germer, Kemp left the minivan in the parking lot at Dissmore's store on North Grand in Pullman.
