Garfield – 3:30 to 6 p.m. – Virtual Reality – Adults and teens and older, explore the Space Station, see Africa, or climb Mt. Everest, all without leaving the library.
Palouse – 6 p.m. – Mental Health First Aid Classes – Day two of a very important training program.
Saturday, June 1
Rosalia – 9:15 a.m. – Battle Days Kids' Parade – This amazing tradition is for all kids and their grown-ups. Prizes will be awarded for best space theme in three categories: Motorized, Wheeled and Walking.
Colfax – Art Show – Enjoy colorful oil paintings of Palouse farms, trucks and more by J. Daisley and other local artists.
Monday, June 3
St. John – 10 a.m. – Junior Summer Reading – Bring your little one age four or younger for their own special program.
Colfax – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Maker Mondays: STEAM Lab – Kids ages six and older can explore, design and create. Coding, Ozobots, LEGOs, STEAM make-n-take projects, experiments and more, all summer long.
Colfax – 2 to 3:30 p.m. – Caregiver Support Group – Support and resources for those caring for loved ones.
Tuesday, June 4
Farmington – 3:30 p.m. – Storytime – Kids, bring your grownups for a fun and educational storytime.

Colfax – 6 p.m. – Medicare 101 – Join Gary Schmick for a free Medicare workshop. Bring your questions.
Thursday, June 6
Colfax and Tekoa – Storytime – Children and families will embark on a reading adventure.
Rosalia School – 2 p.m. – L-Bow the Clown – Kick off Summer Reading with an exciting magic show.
Malden – 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. – Kid Hangout – Come on down for computers, board games, crafts and snacks.
Colfax – 3 to 5:30 p.m. – First Thursday – Slinky the clown, fish painting with the Arts Council, Virtual Reality, DVD and book sale blowout and summer reading signups. Don’t miss out on the town-wide celebration.
Albion and Tekoa – Adult Craft and DIY – Come to the library for a creative evening with friends.
