Janice Scheuerman Kolloen

Janice Scheuerman Kolloen, born June 3, 1938, in Colfax, died May 24, 2019. Survivors include her husband, Peter Kolloen; sons, Erik and Reed Kolloen, and two grandchildren.

After graduating from St. John High school, she attended Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington. She worked in the lab at the UW medical school and later in the medical department.

She married Peter Kolloen in 1965 and retired from the university a few years later.

She played the pipe organ and taught preschool at Holy Spirit Lutheran church in Kirkland.
