Oaksdale Top Class: Meaghan Belland

Meaghan Belland, daughter of Daniel and Marty Belland, is co-salutatorian for the Oakesdale class of 2019. Throughout high school she has been a member of the Happy Hooves 4H group. She was also active in the FFA chapter and Washington State High School Rodeo Association in which she competed in barrels, poles and the Queen Contest and qualified for Silver State International Rodeo. In the fall she will attend Northwest College, pursuing a degree in nursing.
