County youth perform Annie

The cast of Annie Jr. sings out the last musical number during the opening night of the production at the Empire Theatre in Tekoa. Youngsters from Rosalia, Tekoa, Spangle and Colfax were included in the cast which performed the musical Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Director Collin Pittman awaits the start of the Annie Jr. opening show Friday at the Empire Theatre in Tekoa. Pittman created the children's theatre three years ago, and the program now has more than 40 cast members. Next year's production will be Shrek live.
