Lentil fest tennis tourney to benefit Circles of Caring

The third annual Circles of Caring Tennis Tournament will include pickleball at this year’s Lentil Festival. The tournaments will be Aug. 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m, at the WSU tennis courts.

The tournament will have two pickleball doubles brackets for women and two for men with six teams in each bracket. Format will be 15-point games and round robin in each bracket.

The tennis tournament will have men’s and women’s singles and doubles brackets, a mixed doubles bracket, and special “Play with a Coug” doubles where entrants will be paired with a member of the WSU Women’s Tennis team. The limited slots will be filled on a first-come basis.

Registration will close Aug. 13 at 5 p.m. To guarantee shirt size, register by July 15. Each participant receives a great “swag bag,” a tournament T-shirt, prizes, drawings, massages and refreshments.

Circles of Caring Adult Day Health Services is a non-profit agency providing a caring, safe, dignified and stimulating environment where adults feel valued while also providing support for caregivers.
