Carol Fisher

Carol Evelyn Fisher, 83, longtime Whitman County resident, passed away on June 17, 2019, at Brighton Court Assisted Living in Spokane, Wash. A graveside urn committal will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery, in Farmington, Wash., at a later date.

Carol was born on January 6, 1936, in Spokane to Weldon and Frances (Kellogg) Rhuby. She graduated from Garfield High School in 1954, and married Gene Luden. They had two children, Randy and Karen, and later divorced. Carol married to Harold Fisher in 1958, and they had one son, Roger. Together they raised the three children.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, of 57 years. She is survived by her sons, Randy and Roger, and daughter, Karen, in addition to numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express their thanks to both, The Courtyard Assisted Living Facility, in Colfax, and Brighton Court Assisted Living, in Spokane, for their compassionate care and assistance during Carol's final years.
