Smiles, splashing at midnight swim

Swimmers hit the water Friday night in the Free Midnight Swim session sponsored by P1FCU at the Colfax Pool. The free session was the first of four scheduled during the summer. Kaden Butler (above) and McCoy Nelson, (bottom) try for a little free-form off the diving board. An easier approach was followed with a float unicorn at the other end of the pool. Temperatures dropped to below 70 degrees for the 9 p.m. start of the session. Colfax disc jockey Shawn Burt played music for the session.
