Robyn L. Fee, 40, former Pullman resident, pleaded guilty in superior court Friday morning to a reduced charge of harassment and was sentenced to 364 days in jail. All but four days of the sentence were suspended, and Fee was credited with the four days she was in jail before being allowed pre-trial release.
Fee was arrested by Pullman police early April 29 when officers responded to a report of a woman yelling threats at the apartments in the 600 block of NE Kamiaken in Pullman.
The police investigation report said they had responded to prior disputes between Fee and the female victim.
The report from the night of the April 29 arrest said officers actually heard Fee yelling threats from the balcony of an apartment in the complex.
Prior to Friday’s plea, the charge against Fee was reduced from harassment with a threat to kill to a charge of straight harassment.
Fee told the court she has undergone drug abuse treatment in Wenatchee and a mental health assessment. She said she was tired of appearing in courts and has realized it all stemmed from substance abuse. She told the court she is now employed and has marked a 60th day of sobriety.
She was placed on two years of unsupervised probation and must refrain from drinking alcoholic beverage during that time. An order of anti-harassment of the victim was also issued by the court. Fee also reported she remains on probation for a district court conviction here for driving under the influence.
Judge Gary Libey credited Fee with taking the initiative in seeking assessment and treatment.
