Rothwell art exhibit focuses on healthcare in America

An exhibit called "Awaiting Coverage: Healthcare in the USA" by Nancy Rothwell is now showing at the Libey Gallery at Colfax Library. The works of acrylic and watercolor are featured in the gallery through the end of October.

Rothwell, who has a background in healthcare, has been well known for her social and political artistic statements related to healthcare policies in the U.S. While this is an unusual topic to include in fine art, she hopes to encourage curiosity about U.S healthcare policy and improving affordability and access.
