Thursday, Sept. 5

Colfax Palouse Empire Fair – 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. – Visit the library’s fair booth! As always, we’ll have the spinning wheel of free prizes for kids and amazing images from our Whitman Heritage Collection.

Malden – 3:30 to 5 p.m. – Kid Hangout – Computers, games, crafts, and snacks. All kids welcome.

Friday, Sept. 6

Colfax Palouse Empire Fair – 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. – Have fun at the fair and don’t forget to stop by WCL’s booth! Endicott, Malden, Uniontown – Storytime – Bring the kiddos for early learning FUN!

St. John – 1 p.m. –Writer’s Working Group – Bring a sample of your writing to share. All levels welcome.

Saturday, Sept. 7

Colfax Palouse Empire Fair – 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. – Library staff, board members, and Friends look forward to meeting you - so please stop in and say “hello!”

Sunday, Sept. 8

Colfax Palouse Empire Fair – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Don’t forget to stop by the library booth for prizes and photos.

Garfield – 7 p.m. – Walking Club – Every Sunday evening! All ages and abilities, children and pets welcome.

Monday, Sept. 9

Colton – 10:30 a.m. – Storytime – Kids will learn colors, shapes, numbers, and more!

Endicott & LaCrosse – BINGO – All ages at LaCrosse and Teens/ Tweens at Endicott.

Colfax – 6 p.m. – Toxicity in Lake Coeur d’Alene – Discover the hidden cocktail threatening this glacial lake with Rebecca Stevens, Restoration and Hazardous Waste Program Manager for the CD’A Tribe.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

Rosalia and Farmington – 3:30 p.m. – Storytime – Songs, games, stories, and crafts all part of the fun!

Palouse – 3:30 p.m. – Afterschool STEAM – WSU Center for Civic Engagement is here to teach and play!

Wednesday, Sept. 11

Albion, Garfield, Oakesdale – 10:15 a.m. – Storytime – Bring your little ones to earn, create, and explore.

Malden and Uniontown – Adult Arts & Crafts – Relax with friends and get creative!

Colfax – 2:45 to 4:45 p.m. – Free PG 2019 family flick. Kids under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

LaCrosse – 6:30 to 9 p.m. – Book Club – Join us for a discussion of our book club selection.
