Farmington names Brian Oliver new town mayor

Brian Oliver, a two-year city councilman, was sworn in Aug. 19, to take the place of Dave Baker, who resigned earlier this year after three years as mayor. Councilman Mark Hellinger served as mayor pro-tem in the interim.
