Whitman County Library and the Whitman County Health Department (WCHD) are partnering to bring adult flu vaccine clinics to local libraries throughout Whitman County.
Deanna Claybaugh, LPN/BA with the WCHD, will be on hand to administer adult flu shots at the following locations: Thursday, Sept. 19, 3 - 6 p.m., at Farmington Library; Monday, Sept. 23, 3 - 6 p.m. at Oakesdale Library; Tuesday, Sept. 24, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Rosalia Library; Wednesday, Sept. 25, 3 - 6 p.m. at Uniontown Library; Thursday, Sept. 26, 4 - 6 p.m. at Albion’s Community Building, and Tuesday, Oct. 1, 4 - 7 p.m., Endicott Library.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome as time allows. Sliding scale fee based on income, but no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Medicaid and Medicare accepted. Unfortunately, WCHD is unable to bill other insurance companies.
