Burns attend OES Grand Chapter

Greg and Lorna Burns recently returned from a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio, and into Kentucky, to tour the life-size replica of Noah’s Ark. They then rented a car and drove through the Appalachian Mountains to Charleston, W. V., where they attended Grand Chapter Order of Eastern Star.

Floyd and Bertie Honn announced that their granddaughter, Denise Honn, and Geoff Smith were married Sept. 27, 2019.

Endicott Community Club and Endicott Food Center hosted their annual Wine and Beer Tasting event at the Food Center Oct. 19. The tables were adorned with fall decorations and appetizers, desserts and Italian sodas along with wine and beer were served.

Dad’s Night in Pinochle Club met Oct. 21 at the home of Kathy Storment in Pullman for their monthly get-together. They had dessert and snacks before the card playing began. Attending were Irma Kent, Ellen Bachman and Bertie Honn, Benge; Kathy Schlomer and Casey Shiprek, Winona; Janet Hedlund, Palouse; Sue Bafus, Judy Cook, Jenny Meyer, Lorna Burns and Anne Lowe, Endicott. Next month’s card playing night will be at the home of Ellen Bachman of Benge.
