Colfax Rotary adds $1,000 to polio fight

Colfax Rotary last week donated $1,000 to the Rotary PolioPlus program which they have supported for several years.

Those dollars were matched two for one by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Rotary International has pledged $50 million annually to the eradication of this disease. That combined with the matching funds from the Gates Foundation, Rotary’s contribution to the fight totals $150 million per year.
