Concert at church

Trinity Lutheran Church hosted its sixth celebration concert Sunday, Nov. 10. Louise Owens, a member of the church, was the organizer and presented each act. The celebration had a patriotic theme with the presentation of the American flag by the Boy Scouts.

Opening and closing prayer was conducted by Pastor Ian McMichael. The history of Endicott was presented by Richard Scheuerman. Musical presentations were by Judy Croskey, Billy Ray, Tim Stamper, Treis family, Linda Hennigar, Greg Burns, Kathy Schlomer and Louise Owens, Tapestry Women’s Chamber Quartet: Mary Chastain, Diane Monson, Linda Hennigar and Debbie Scheuerman Wolfe.

Members of the audience sang The Star Spangled Banner and God Bless America and sang along with a couple of the singers. The women of the church served refreshments after this event.

Endicott Food Center hosted a senior lunch Tuesday and monthly dinner Wednesday. They are getting ready for their shop local event Saturday, Nov. 16.

The Endicott Community Club placed American and service flags at the cemetery for Veterans Day. They flew from Nov. 8 through Nov. 11.
