NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS FOR NEW DIESEL FIRE PUMP

Whitman County Fire District #11 is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a diesel fire pump. The unit needs to be a 48 HP Diesel, liquid cooled, 12 volt starter, 40 amp. Alternator, fuel and oil filters, and two digitrol control panels. GPM need to range from 100 gpm. at 260 psi to 250 gpm. at 190 psi. Bid needs to include dual panels, guzzle hand primer, 30 ft. harness for second digitrol panel, 2 ½ “ NPT suction, and 2-1 ½” NPT or 1- 2 ½” NPT discharges. The Board of Fire Commissioners can reject any and all bids if necessary. Sealed bids can be sent to WCFD #11 PO Box 24 Colfax WA 99111. Bids must be received by December 10th 2019 and will be opened on December 12th 2019 at our regularly scheduled meeting at the Colfax Washington Fire Station at 7 PM.

ADOPTION OF THE 2020 OPERATING BUDGET

November 18, 2019

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR 2020, Setting forth appropriations and estimated revenues and adopting, by reference, the final budget for 2020. THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The Mayor of the Town of Farmington completed and placed on file with the Clerk a preliminary budget, including estimates of revenues and expenditures for operations of the town for the fiscal year beginning January 1st, 2020 and ending December 31st, 2020.

SECTION 2: The Town Council has made such adjustments and changes to said preliminary budget, as it deems necessary or proper at the time.

SECTION 3: The Town advertised and properly held the statutory public hearings on October 21st and November 18th, 2019.

SECTION 4: The proposed budget, as revised, was fixed by the Town Council on November 18th, 2019 and is now on file in the Office of the Clerk, and is hereby adopted by fund, and incorporated herein as set forth, in full, in this ordinance.
