Many dinners served in Endicott

Jenny Meyer served a senior lunch Dec. 10 at Endicott Food Center. She served ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, rolls, salads and dessert. On Dec. 11, Meyer held her Wednesday night dinner, which was pork loin, roasted red potatoes, corn, salad bar, rolls and desserts. Both of the events were well attended.

Trinity Lutheran Church’s Elizabeth Circle’s annual Christmas party was at Endicott Food Center Dec. 13. Meyer served chicken cordon bleu, potatoes, watergate salad, rolls and chocolate pie. Attending were Gail Bilow, Margaret Schmick, Georgia Wells, Jerine Grey, Sue Bafus, Barbara Huntley, Kathy Schlomer, Pat Byers, Louise Owens, Jamie Workman, Karen Durst, Lorna Burns and Lorena Mattly.

Dad’s Night in Pinochle Club’s Christmas Party was at the home of Willy and Anne Lowe in Endicott Dec. 15. Anne Lowe and Bertie Honn were hostesses. This event invited the husbands and others to join in the fun. It started at 4 p.m. and soon after they enjoyed a variety of appetizers and drinks. They then dispersed to the five tables to start playing pinochle.

Those attending were Ellen and Rick Bachman, Bertie Honn, Marsha and Bruce Honn from Benge; Kathy and John Schlomer, Leslie and Marvin Lamb, Casey Shiprek and Dan Holbrook, Bob Morasch of Winona; Sue Bafus, Judy Cook, Lorna and Greg Burns, Barbara and Vern Strader of Endicott.
