Rural Development Initiatives invites residents to participate in the Greater Palouse community leadership class.
Sponsored by Avista, Empire Health and Innovia Foundation, the class is based on the belief that thriving rural communities develop from a broad base of skilled and motivated leaders, a diversity of effective organizations and a network of local organizations.
