Tovah Brantner named Garfield/Palouse DYW

Tovah Brantner of Palouse was named this year's Distinguished Young Woman of Garfield/Palouse Sunday, March 15, at the Garfield school cafeteria.

Olivia Knauff was chosen first runner-up and Rielee Renne second runner-up.

Brantner received the winning medallion along with $1,650 in scholarship money, with $1,300 going to Knauff and $1,000 to Renne.

Further awards included: $250 to Rachel Meeuwsen for the Spirit Award, $700 to Olivia Knauff for the Scholastic category, $700 to Brantner for the Judges' Interview, $550 to Brantner for Talent, $425 to Renne for Self-Expression and $425 to Rachel M...
