State warns of COVID-19 fraud

State officials are warning about a recent increase in fraudulent activities related to COVID-19. Fraud includes fake testing sites, testing kits, treatments or vaccines being advertised or sold, and robocalls or in-person fraud. If citizens become aware of such activities, they are urged to contact the Washington State Fusion Center at intake@WSFC.wa.gov.

No cases of fraud have been reported in Whitman County.
