Order violation arrest

COLFAX – Robert Middleton, 51, Malden, was booked into Whitman County Jail April 29 for violation of a protection order and tampering with a witness.

According to the arrest report, the Whitman County Sheriff's Office responded to the call of order violation after Robert Middleton allegedly refused to leave the home of his daughter Nicole Lewis after Rachel Middleton arrived to take her to an appointment.
