The Whitman County Library's Summer Reading Program commenced June 1 with no in-person performances this year but some substitutes.
The 10-books-or-10-hours-to-get-a-free-book activity for kids continues while previous summers' visiting jugglers, storytellers, magicians and other exhibitors are cancelled.
