Rosalia Schools announced its commencement ceremony will take place June 13 at 2 p.m. in the senior parking lot at Rosalia School. Families will be limited to two cars for the drive-through style graduation ceremony. Friends, staff and community members are encouraged to use the gift drop-off in front of the school from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., to send well wishes to the graduates. The Valedictorian and Salutatorian speeches will be posted online prior to the ceremony at http://www.rosaliaschools.org, along with a Class of 2020 tribute video. Following the graduation ceremony, the graduates and their families will parade through Rosalia led by the Rosalia Fire Department at 2:45 p.m. Community members are encouraged to participate from their homes and places of business. The parade route will be posted on the School District website. The parade will continue to the town of Malden ending at the Malden Park, site of the Class of 2020 senior project, where there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by mayor Chris Ferrell.
