Allen Kirkpatrick of Colfax hit a hole-in-one at Colfax Golf Course July 2 on No. 8, a 168-yard par-3. Using a five-iron, it was his first hole-in-one on a course Kirkpatrick has played for more than 60 years.
Randy Davis and Yogi Teevens witnessed. Kirkpatrick has hit three overall hole-in-ones.
