St. John grad dies in rollover

A recent graduate from St. John died in a roll over accident Saturday morning at about 1:30 a.m.

According to a Washington State Patrol report, Ryan Willson, 18, was driving a 2006 Ford F350 northbound on Highway 23 and left the roadway on the northbound shoulder. The vehicle continued onto the hillside where it rolled and Willson was ejected. He was not wearing a seatbelt. The incident occurred two miles north of St. John.

Willson was pronounced deceased at the scene. The WSP report stated that drugs or alcohol were not involved.
