PULLMAN—A Pullman man has been summoned for one count of second degree burglary and one count of second degree theft for allegedly committing the acts June 16.
According to the police report, Pullman Police were notified June 16 of a man who had allegedly been stopped by the store manager after attempting to walk out of the store with a cart full of merchandise without paying for it. Surveillance video allegedly showed the man approximately 15 minutes earlier leaving the store with another cart full he had not paid for.
The suspect, identified as Jeremy Peko, 35, was banned from Walmart locations nationwide in Sept. 2019.
According to the report, the total for all merchandise stolen almost $800.
Peko has been summoned to appear Sept. 4 before the Superior Court.
