ENDICOTT — On Oct. 9 the Endicott Mammogram Ladies made the trip to Colfax for their yearly mammograms.
They have been making this trip together for the last 10 years. Whitman Hospital and Medical Clinics make this occasion very special, even with Covid-19 restrictions that did not interfere with the occasion. The tests are scheduled so they are all done by noon.
The cafeteria had set up seating for lunch with social distance included. Ladies attending were Ruth Taylor, Myrna Morasch, Margaret Schmick, Anne Lowe, Sue Bafus, Pat Byers, Jerine Grey, Gail Bilow, Jenny Meyer and Marsha Honn of Benge.
Trinity Lutheran Church, Elizabeth Circle package up the quilts they have been making and wrapped them around the clothing items that will be sent out to World Relief Baby Care. On Oct. 4, 41 bundles were blessed and ready to be sent out. Some of the Ladies working on these quilts were: Louise Owens, Gail Bilow, Sue Bafus, Jerine Grey, Georgia Wells, Barbara Huntley, Margaret Schmick and Carol Hannis.
Tia Langston announced that Parent Teachers Organization will not host it Fall Carnival this year at the Endicott School.
