Effective January 1,2021, a minimum charge of FIFTY and 021100 DOLLARS ($50.02) per month for six thousand gallons of water or less.

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF Endicott, WASHINGTON, establishing a new monthly rate for sewer service to properties.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Endicott as follows:

Effective January 1, 2021, the monthly rate and charge for sewer service shall be the sum of FIFTY-NINE and 611100 DOLLARS ($59.61)p er month except as follows:

I. The sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN and 221100 DOLLARS ($1 19.22) shall be charged to commercial properties to include any grocery store, retail butcher, and/or meat processing plant, or church with more than two services.

2. The sum of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX and 491100 DOLLARS ($536.49) shall be charged for any public schools.
