Allen was arrested Nov. 17 after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped due to the license plate being obscured, court records show.
During the stop, Whitman County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Michael Jordan became concerned the driver of the vehicle had recently used narcotics based on him exhibiting common signs of stimulant use, according to the probable cause report. During a search of the vehicle, Jordan observed a red, white and blue zip-up case that allegedly contained a methamphetamine pipe with a white residue.
