Nov. 17

Jason Lee Allen, 46, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), $25,000 bond.

James Daniel Bacon, 33, U.S. Marshal Service hold. No bail

Kevin Patrick Healy, 53, second-degree driving while license suspended or revoked, driving while under the influence.

Brissa Lluviana Veleta, 20, second-degree theft.

Nov. 18

Victoria Marina Scaalfaro, 21, second-degree theft.

Nov. 19

Rico Iaukea, 31, warrant for failure to appear for methamphetamine compliance review.

Alexander Demba Taylor Kamara, 30, third-degree theft, $5,000 bond.

Matthew Brian Totten, 48, illegal possession of a firearm, warrant for failure to appear for compliance review. $110,000 bond.

Nov. 20

Robert James Barbee, 46, U.S. Marshal’s Service hold. No bail.

Nov. 21

Taylor Michele Lydon, 30, second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, warrant for failure to appear for possession of heroin, and warrant failure to appear review of second-degree. $35,400 bond.

Nov. 23

Megan Kristeen Rhuby, 24, Spokane County Superior Court warrant for failure to appear forgery and warrant failure to appear for second-degree theft. No bail.
