7:52 a.m. — Rosalia — North Whitman Avenue — Man outside Community Baptist Church threatening to burn the church. Samuel J. Owens, 45, Rosalia, arrested.

9:48 a.m. — Malden — Abandoned vehicle.

10:46 a.m. — Colfax — North Mill Street — Fraud; deputy requested.

11:02 a.m. — Tekoa — East Henkle Street — Woman reported a violation of a protection order by mail.

12:08 p.m. — Rosalia — Squaw Road — Deputy requested case number for possible theft.

12:31 p.m. — Colfax — North Mill Street — Suspicious person/circumstance reported.

12:55 p.m. — Farmington — East Pine Street — Communications problem; open 911 line, busy on call back. Whitcom was able to get a hold of the called 15 minutes later. Caller advised it was an error.

2:42 p.m. — Pullman — U.S. Highway 195 — Traffic stop.

3:06 p.m. — Colfax — U.S. Highway 195 — Traffic stop.

3:10 p.m. — Oakesdale — J. Balthis Road — Harassment reported.

3:24 p.m. — Pullman — U.S. 195 — Civil dispute.

3:58 p.m. — Pullman — State Highway 270 — Request to speak with an officer.

7:58 p.m. — Malden — Pine City-Malden Road — Suspicious person.

10:23 p.m. — Tekoa — Lovell Valley Road — Controlled substance issue. Deputies contacted two subjects and will be forwarding charges. Idaho law enforcement also responded.

11:44 p.m. — Tekoa — North Crosby Street — Tekoa Farmers Market; controlled substance problem.

Tuesday, Nov. 17

1:04 a.m. — Pullman — Southeast Tucannon Court and Southeast Clearwater Drive — Controlled substance problem. Jasono L. Allen, 46, arrested.

5:46 a.m. — Farmington — East Chestnut Street — Communication problem. Deputy responded for a 911 call. Deputy contacted the whom owner who advised it was a phone line issue.

9:12 a.m. — Colfax — North Mill Street — Found property.

9:15 a.m. — Colfax — North Mill Street — Sheriff’s Office revoked a concealed pistol permit.

10:29 a.m. — Colton — Union Street — Deputy requested case number.

11:00 a.m. — Pullman — Mick Parvin Road — Deputy responded for a report of trespassing the night before.

11:14 a.m. — Oakesdale — State Highway 27 — Dpeuty, EMS and LifeFlight responded for an traumatic injury. Patient was transported to the hospital.

11:37 a.m. — Colton — Steptoe Street — Deputy requested case number.

12:16 p.m. — Rosalia — South Josephine Avenue — Civil standby requested.

2:52 p.m. — Endicott — D Street — Theft reported.

4:38 p.m. — Albion — North Main Street — Civil dispute.

11:16 a.m. — Pullman — Enman Kincaid Road — Suicidal person; one person transported to the hospital.
