Auger and tank

Workers from McDonald and Son Construction of Spokane install an auger and tank at the back of the new USDA grain inspection office Dec. 10 in Colfax. The tank will store mixed grain samples - after they have been analyzed by inspectors - to be sold for animal feed. The new offices are being built in the lower level of 418 S. Main St. Grain inspectors are expected to move into the new office space next spring.
