World Famous Palouse All-Around Town Christmas Parade

The "World Famous Palouse All-Around Town Christmas Parade" took place Dec. 23 as a caroling motorcade drove through the streets, beginning at Palouse Federated Church. The kids pictured are Peter, Evelyn and Rosie Echanove.
