Ryan Roderick Stuart Runnels, 35, U.S. Marshal Service hold for a federal violation. Held without bail.

Dec. 23

Cavan MacKenzie Simenson, 28, two counts of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. Held on $5,000 bond.

Dec. 24

Robert Edward Wixom, 42, violation of a domestic violence court order, fourth-degree assault. Held without bail.
