COLFAX — Here are the Whitman County District Court sentences handed down Jan. 15:

• Mary Beth Clear, 50, of Clarkston, was sentenced for sentenced for solicitation to commit possession of a controlled substance to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended. She will also serve 12 months of supervised probation, with conditions, court records show.

• Dylan A. Doneen, 28, was sentenced to a $250 fine for hunting, collecting wildlife parts on another’s property by Judge Patrick Johnson. In the six-month deferred prosecution, Doneen was also assessed a $43 crime conviction fee and $50 public defende...
