Man held on federal violation

COLFAX — A federal suspect is being held in the Whitman County Jail.

According to jail records, David Santana Sanchez, 42, was booked into the jail here on a U.S. Marshal’s Service transfer.

He is being held without bail on an alleged federal violation, records show.
