Group seeks help for scholarships in Colfax

COLFAX — The Colfax Schools Foundation is seeking help to fund scholarships for college-bound students.

The non-profit cited this year’s “unusual challenges” faced by expected local high school graduates.

Any donation from you will aid CSF in assisting these graduates, who have elected to further their education despite ever-increasing costs,” the organization wrote in a newsletter soliciting assistance. Donations may be made as memorials and honorariums.

Tax-deductible donations to the scholarship fund are due by Feb. 28, officials said.
