Friday, Feb. 5

12:41 a.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a burglary alarm.

1:10 a.m. – SR 193, Clarkston – Jordan M Smith was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. No further information was available.

7:58 a.m. – Colfax Airport Road, Colfax – A person reported finding damage to a guardrail, a bumper, and a license plate.

8:32 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy responded to a complaint of a suspicious person.

9:37 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in a prisoner transport with Benton County Jail.

10:20 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted with taking fingerprints.

10:25 a.m. – Lancaster Road, St. John – A pilot made a safe emergency landing on the road because of engine trouble.

10:45 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted with taking fingerprints.

11:56 a.m. – Alder Street, Tekoa – A woman found a letter at her home by a group of people with a history of harassing her.

1:10 p.m. – Broadway Street, Tekoa – A stolen vehicle was found.

4:03 p.m. – Gimlin Road, Pullman – Seven brown and black cows were found loose in a field. The owner was issued a citation.

5:46 p.m. – SR 195, Rosalia – A deputy responded to a report of an erratic driver.

6:23 p.m. – Alder Street, Tekoa – A deputy responded to a complaint of a court order being violated.

6:33 p.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – The bed of a pickup was found on the side of the road.

8:37 p.m. – Canyon Street, Colfax – A deputy responded to a complaint of a suspicious person.

Saturday, Feb. 6

12:35 a.m. – Main Street, Colfax – A deputy responded to a report of an alcohol offense.

8:16 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted a citizen.

10:25 a.m. – Nelson Road, Garfield – A deputy responded to a “weapon offense.”

11:10 a.m. – SR 194, Pullman – Thomas D. Vangorder was arrested for DUI. No further information available.

11:15 a.m. – Crumbaker Road, Colfax – A man and a woman were arrested for possessing two pistols and drugs.

6:24 p.m. – Eighth Street, Rosalia – A deputy conducted a welfare check.

7:35 p.m. – Mohr Street, Palouse – A deputy assisted a citizen.

9:50 p.m. – Fourth Street, Oakesdale – Peter G. Schoneman, 47, was arrested for a warrant from the state Department of Corrections.

Sunday, Feb. 7

1:42 a.m. – Cedar Street, Colfax – A minor was issued a citation for DUI and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

4:37 a.m. – Morton Street, Colfax – A deputy conducted a welfare check.

9:27 a.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A person reported catching two stray dogs.

1:52 p.m. – Whelan Road, Pullman – A deputy couldn’t find a man reported to be lying down in a field.

3:21 p.m. – Madison Street, Tekoa – A man called 911 asking for a taxi to Madison Square Garden, but all he got was a visit by a deputy.

7:11 p.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a non-injury collision.

Monday, Feb. 8

7:51 a.m. – N Street, Albion – A deputy responded to a report of a traffic violation.

10:25 a.m. – Uniontown – A deputy responded to a man making suicidal threats.

11:16 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

11:24 a.m. – Main Street, Colfax – A deputy, chaplain, Colfax police, and EMTs conducted a welfare check and took an elderly man to the hospital.

12:39 p.m. – City park, Malden – A deputy responded and f0und people having a verbal dispute.

1:59 p.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

4:11 p.m. – Main Street, Albion – A deputy spoke to people putting debris in the creek.

4:53 p.m. – Fourth Street, Thornton – A deputy conducted a welfare check.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

12:18 p.m. – Nob Hill Street, St. John – A deputy took part in a public program.

1:58 p.m. – Second Street, Albion – A deputy responded to a complaint of a phone scam.

1:58 p.m. – School Road, Endicott – A deputy took part in a public program.

2:15 p.m. – Pullman-Albion Road, Pullman – A deputy investigated a theft.

3:51 p.m. – Garfield-Farmington Road, Garfield – Quintin D. Kemper, 37, was arrested for a warrant for failing to appear in court.
