COLFAX - A call from a Liberty High School quarterback was a sign football was back.
Colfax, Liberty and Asotin High School football teams ran plays against each other in a fog-shrouded jamboree Saturday, Feb. 20. Each team took turns running 10-play sessions, rotating offense and defense.
Colfax and Liberty both scored once. Asotin did not score, or give up a score.
Only senior parents were allowed inside the fences due to COVID protocols. Fans stood on snowbanks and cheered game-like action for the first time in 15 months.
