10:53 a.m. – Island Street – An officer conducted a welfare check.

10:57 a.m. – F Street – An officer responded to a report of an animal problem.

11:02 a.m. – Fairview Street – A male was trying to “wheel down the hill and is unaware of his safety.”

12:49 p.m. – Fairview Street – An officer responded to “abnormal behavior.”

4:04 p.m. – Mill Street – A person released from jail kept returning to a home despite being prohibited from going to the home.
